1. Vehicle Sales & "AS-IS" Disclaimer

All vehicles listed and sold by Seltyn Motors LLC are sold "AS-IS" with no warranty, either express or implied.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for any repairs or maintenance costs that may occur after the sale. Seltyn Motors LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Pricing: Advertised prices are "Cash Prices." Prices do not include the Title Ad Valorem Tax (TAVT), title fees, registration fees, or dealer administrative fees required by the State of Georgia.

2. Broker & Auction Services

For customers utilizing our Dealer-Broker services to acquire vehicles from auctions (e.g., Copart, Manheim):

  • You acknowledge that auction vehicles may have undisclosed issues.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate a bid.
  • Seltyn Motors LLC acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the purchase using our dealer license. We are not responsible for the condition of auction vehicles.

3. Mobile Communication (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Seltyn Motors LLC regarding your inquiry, inventory updates, or appointments. Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies.

You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure the accuracy of inventory data (VIN, miles, options). However, errors may occur. We are not responsible for typographical errors or data discrepancies provided by third-party decoding services. Please verify all details in person at our Duluth, GA office.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Seltyn Motors LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or vehicle transactions shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
